Job Responsibilities: Develop Monthly and Weekly Editorial Plans for all Social Media Channels and the Website. Ensure consistent content output aligned with brand campaigns. Manage content and campaigns launched on social media, SEO, and CRM platforms. Monitor the performance of all social media assets and provide weekly and monthly improvement recommendations. Work with digital analytics tools, including social listening platforms and other relevant tools. Stay updated on the latest social media trends and best practices. Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand identity. Manage various social media platforms, including TikTok and Instagram. Create engaging and informative social media content, ensuring brand consistency and integrity. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices. Excellent writing and editing skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with at least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced digital marketing environment. Experience working in a startup or marketing agency. Comfortable creating content in both English and Bahasa Indonesia to cater to diverse audiences. Familiarity with industry-specific Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and the ability to build and maintain relationships with them. A creative individual with the ability to create viral and audience-appropriate content for the local market.
