Duties include: - Answering customer queries in emails, live chat, and/or DMs. - Operating backend order channels to help customers find and change order details. - Coordinating with warehouse and logistics vendors. Influencer Outreach Requirements - Finding appropriate influencers for our brand - Applicants must have a good social media presence (Mainly Tiktok and Instagram) - Answering influencers' emails/IG messages and arranging collaborations - Operating backend operations to help influencers with their selections Qualifications - Native or near-native level of English language proficiency - Excellent communication and organizational abilities - Friendly and hospitable demeanor - Owns a PC - Lives in Jakarta
